RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping fees, for which you will be invoiced. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition and must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new condition and must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Once we receive your order, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your product or refund. If the product is not in the listed condition, the product will be returned back to the customer without a refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (generally between 7 to 10 business days) and you will receive an email stating your refund has been processed. Depending on your financial institution the refund may take longer to process.
